Account & Registration

Go to the nine wicket registration page and enter your name, mobile number, and date of birth. Then create a username and password. Verify with the OTP sent to your mobile and your account is ready to go. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

You don't need an NID to register. However, you will need to submit your NID or passport through the KYC process before your first withdrawal. This is to keep your account secure.

Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited under nine wicket's rules and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

Yes, you can. However, you will need to contact the support team and verify your identity. For security reasons, these changes are only made through support.

In Settings, select the self-exclusion option and choose "Permanent", or submit a request through support. Make sure your balance is cleared before closing the account.
Deposits & Payments

Yes. nine wicket accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200.

Your balance is usually updated within 1–5 minutes. Occasional network delays may add a little extra time. If it hasn't reflected after 15 minutes, contact support.

The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum limits vary by payment method. For Mobile Pay, the maximum is ৳25,000 per transaction. For larger deposits, use bank transfer.

Contact support right away and keep the transaction reference number and screenshots handy. We typically resolve issues within 2–6 hours. If the money is still not returned, report it to your mobile banking provider as well.

Withdrawals & Payouts

KYC-verified members typically receive their funds within 15–30 minutes. It may take up to 24 hours in some cases. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You can withdraw up to ৳1,00,000 per day. For larger amounts, please contact support.

Withdrawals are usually held for one of three reasons: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a pending security check. Check the status in your account dashboard or contact support.

Go to Account Settings, select the "Verification" option, and upload a clear photo of your NID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 3–6 hours. Once done, you won't need to do it again.

No, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Once you meet the required wagering conditions (typically 15x), any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
Bonuses & Promotions

Make your first deposit after registering and a 100% welcome bonus will be credited to your account automatically — up to ৳5,000. Use promo code "WELCOME100" to receive the bonus.

Wagering means you need to place bets totalling a set multiple of your bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 15x wagering requires ৳15,000 in bets before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Most bonuses are valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement isn't met by expiry, the bonus is forfeited — but your real balance remains untouched. Always read the terms as soon as you receive a bonus.

Find promo codes on the nine wicket Promotions page. Enter the code in the designated field during registration or deposit. Each code can only be used once.

nine wicket returns a portion of regular members' weekly losses as cashback. The cashback is credited to your account automatically. Visit the Promotions page to see active offers.
Betting & Games

Bet on 20+ sports including cricket, football, badminton, tennis, and basketball. Cricket coverage includes all major tournaments — Bangladesh leagues, IPL, World Cup, and more.

You can bet on live, real-time odds while a match is in progress. Odds update every over and every ball. Go to the Live section, select a match, and place your bet on your preferred market.

Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed. However, some markets offer a Cash Out option that lets you withdraw part or all of your stake before the match ends.

If a match is fully cancelled, all bets are refunded. For partial matches, settlement follows nine wicket's official rules. See the Terms page for full details.

The minimum bet is generally ৳20. Limits may vary depending on the market and sport. The maximum bet is determined by the market and your account type.
Mobile App

Download the Android APK directly from the nine wicket download page. iOS users can also find the installation guide on the download page. The app is lightweight and fast.

Go to Settings > Security and enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install Unknown Apps". Then tap the downloaded APK file and install it. You can turn off Unknown Sources again after installation.

Start by force-closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn't work, clear the app cache. If the problem persists, uninstall the old version and download the latest one from the download page.

After logging into the app, go to Settings > Security > Biometric Login to enable it. From then on, you can sign in using just your fingerprint or Face ID.
Security & Privacy

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" Enter your mobile number, receive an OTP, and set a new password. Done in under 5 minutes.

Go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication to enable it. Every login from a new device will require OTP verification. This ensures the highest level of security for your account.

Change your password immediately and notify support. Our team will log you out of all devices and review your account. If anyone claiming to be nine wicket support ever asks for your OTP or password, do not trust them — it is a scam.

Yes. nine wicket uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy page for full details.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Settings > Responsible Gaming to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.

Go to Settings > Responsible Gaming > Cooling Off / Self-Exclusion to take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. For permanent self-exclusion, contact support.

Enable biometric or PIN lock in the app. Keep your device locked at all times. If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact support.
